Cargo Data Management Corp. announced today that it has signed a contract with
Mercury Air Cargo in Los Angeles to license to Mercury an enhanced version of
Station Track™ II, its cargo terminal management program. the system has been
redesigned to link together Mercury's cargo facilities in the US and Canada over
the internet giving centralized control and management from a common server.

The system includes receipt, warehousing, and manifesting functionality for
export and import shipments. An EDI messaging capacity is integral to the
system. One of the key enhancements to the system will be the ability of Mercury's
customers to access the system over the Internet to obtain real time information
about the status of their inbound or outbound freight. This information can be
accessed from any PC anywhere in the world with Internet access.
