Easy Track II

Easy Track II is a cargo booking and tracking system that helps air cargo carriers dramatically improve their customer service. Easy Track II is unique in its ability to fully function despite limited data. This functionality gives you comprehensive tracking capabilities even on short haul routes. As with all of Cargo Data Management's systems, data entry is made easy from initial booking through shipment tracking phases to final billing and collection.

Easy Track II can integrate seamlessly with the Cargo Data Management Money Track II revenue accounting system.

With its advanced cargo booking and customer service modules, Easy Track II features a complete tracking and inventory system. It automates many of the critical processes, such as flight scheduling through hubs and air waybills ratings based on published weight, SCR, or container rates.

Easy Track II can handle split shipments from a single air waybill, maintain proof of delivery records, maintain cargo inventory status by station and/or system, and all cash transactions records at the station level.

With very few keystrokes, Easy Track II users can get instant status information on all freight shipments within the system. They also have on-screen access to specific flight loading information. Easy Track II can print air waybills and bar-coded lot labels at the origin station. In addition, the system features automated Department of Transportation reporting and provides hub operations and control, as well as tail-to-tail ramp transfers.

Easy Track II offers tracking information via the World Wide Web. Shippers that have an account with the carrier can get more comprehensive freight information. This can decrease the number of incoming calls to the carrier's customer service department.
