Station Track II is an air cargo terminal management program designed to handle
multiple carriers operating within a single freight terminal. This robust,
easy-to-use system is the key to a standardized, consistent freight terminal
operation. It automates manifesting, customs tracking, terminal inventory, carrier
billing, air waybill printing and cash collections. All COD and assessorial charges
are automatically generated for each individual airline.
Station Track II allows a dramatic reduction in paper handling at the terminal level,
which reduces cost. By using one system for all cargo terminal activity you can more
effectively use and train your personnel to work multiple carriers. At the same time,
the Station Track II system helps increase terminal revenue by reflecting accurate
billings and fee collection status.
Station Track II automates many important processes in cargo handling. For instance,
it computes weight rate charges on a per-pound or minimum basis, COD and international
assessorial charges, tax and excess valuation charges for cash transactions, and creates
domestic or international cargo manifests for outbound flights and customs records for
all inbound international shipments.
Station Track II's rapid data retrieval capabilities help your company improve data
management and customer service. It enables you to track COD payments and revenue flow
and establish a transaction audit trail. In addition, Station Track II maintains a
wide variety of records and allows an electronic data interchange (EDI) interface
with both shippers and air carriers.

Simplified, user-friendly data entry

Printing of AWBs 6 x 6 on a dedicated printer
